The Crushing Process of Shale
The big raw shales are fed to the jaw shale crusher evenly and gradually coming out from vibrating feeder through a hopper for the primary crushing. After first crushing, the material will be transferred to impact shale crusher or cone shale crusher by belt conveyor for secondary crush; the crushed materials will then transferred to vibrating screen for separating. After being separated, the crushed shale parts that can meet standard will be taken away as final products, while the other shale parts will be returned to impact shale crusher, thus forming a closed circuit.
