Working process of the sand making plant

Sand making plant:

zhengzhou DSMAC manufactures various equipments for whole set of sand making machine, and provides superior technical support for customers. The whole sand making plant consists of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, PCL sand making machine, vibrating screen, sand-washing machine, belt conveyor, electric control system, etc. We design different production lines ranging 50 t/h to 500 t/h. We have been researching the sand-making machine for years, and we have made it part of the production line. The whole set of sand-making production line designed by our company is suitable to crush the hard limestone, granite, basalt, gravel, slag, etc and artificially sand making machine for hydroelectric power, building material, high way, city construction, etc.

Raw materials in big size go trough hopper, and are sent to jaw crusher evenly by vibrating feeder for primary crushing. The crushed materials are sent to cone crusher (or impact crusher) by belt conveyor for secondary crushing, and then the crushed materials are sent to vibrating screen by belt conveyor for screening. The final sand (the final products below the bottom sieve) is sent to sand washer to clean, and then to the final products pile. The bigger pieces stones (stones on the top sieve) will be sent to vertical impact crusher (sand maker) for fine crushing, and then to vibrating screen again for screening. This forms closed and continuously automatic cycles.

Working process of the stone and sand making plant:

The production process of the stone production line can be included as : (storage ) ->vibrating feeder ->jaw crusher ->impact crusher ->vibrating screen ->final products .And all of the equipments are connected by the belt conveyor and chutes . The production process of the sand-making production line can be included as : (storage ) ->vibrating feeder ->jaw crusher ->impact crusher( N/a) ->impact crusher-> vibrating screen ->sand washing machine ->final products .And all of the equipments are connected by the belt conveyor and chutes .
